What We Do ?

The Center was established in 1983 during the cruel Lebanese civil war and the Israeli invasion in the late 1970ies to provide medical and social services as a response to the crises. When Lebanon finally reached a more stable situation, the center was maintained open and still operates in order to provide both basic and specialized health services.

As a result of the Syrian crisis, the center intervened immediately to help Syrian refugees, the projects were expanded to include, in addition to the primary health care, educational activities, psycho-social support, and vocational training for young people and women.

The center is also accompanied by a medical mobile clinic that provides health care, psycho-social support and medicine distribution for Syrian refugees.
