Providing health care, psychosocial support, education and protection services for vulnerable Lebanese communities and displaced families since 1983.
What We Do?
The center was established in 1983 during the Lebanese civil war and following the Israeli invasion in the late 1970s in order to provide urgent medical and social services in response to humanitarian crises.
Following the stabilization of the country, the center continued operating and expanded its services to provide both primary and specialized health care for vulnerable communities.
With the escalation of the Syrian crisis, the center rapidly expanded its interventions to support displaced Syrian refugees alongside vulnerable Lebanese families.
Primary & Specialized Health Care
The center provides both primary and specialized health care services for vulnerable Lebanese residents and displaced Syrian refugees.
Medical services are designed to improve access to affordable and dignified health care in underserved communities.
Child Protection
Child protection programmes provide safer environments and psychosocial support for children affected by conflict, displacement and social vulnerability.
Activities focus on emotional well-being, community support and strengthening resilience among children and families.
Education & Youth Support
Educational activities, including after-school support programmes, help children and youth continue learning and strengthen their academic development.
Vocational training activities for young people and women also contribute to improving livelihoods and economic resilience.
Mobile Medical Clinic
The center is supported by a mobile medical clinic that delivers health care, psychosocial support and medicine distribution for Syrian refugees and vulnerable populations.
This outreach approach helps ensure access to services for communities facing transportation and economic barriers.
Awareness & Community Support
The center regularly organizes awareness sessions and community-based activities promoting health, prevention and psychosocial well-being.
Through integrated support services, the center continues to strengthen solidarity and resilience among communities affected by conflict, displacement and socio-economic hardship.
