Request for Proposals (RFP – 044): School Transportation Services

Amel Association International invites qualified transportation suppliers to submit sealed proposals for the provision of school transportation services as detailed in the attached tender documents.

📍 Service Scope

The selected supplier will provide transportation services for children commuting to and from Amel’s Education Center in Saida, covering the following areas:

  • From/To: Saida, Old Saida, Sharhabeel, Hilaleyieh, Abra, Ain Al Helwe, Meih w Meih, Salheyieh, Haret Saida, Seiroub, Saida: Al Wastani, Al Boustan, Hay Al Barrad, Ein El Deleb, and Saida suburbs.

Estimated Number of Children per Cycle:

400 children

🕑 Timing:

2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

🚌 Transportation Schedule:

  • Shift 1 – 200 Students:
    Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
    Buses: 8 buses (25 students per bus)

  • Shift 2 – 200 Students:
    Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
    Buses: 8 buses (25 students per bus)

📬 How to Apply

All transportation suppliers are invited to tender by submitting sealed and clearly labeled proposals to:

Deadline: Friday, 30 May 2025

Submissions must be delivered by hand. Proposals submitted by other means will be considered invalid. Unsigned tenders or incomplete proposals will also be disqualified.

The proposal must:

  • Be in the format prescribed in the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form

  • Be signed by a Principal or Director of the firm

  • Include all required documents as listed in the RFP package

All proposals will be assessed in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in the tender documentation.
