From July 4 to July 12, 2024, Amel Association International conducted a comprehensive 5-day training workshop titled: “Classroom Management: From Prevention to Cure” for its education team.
The training focused on four key areas:
Personal Relationship BuildingRules and ProceduresDisciplinary InterventionTeachers’ MindsetIts goal was to equip teachers, animators, social workers, psychologists, and educational officers with effective classroom management strategies.
