UN OCHA visits Amel’s Community Center Ain el Remmaneh

On July 9th, Ms. Severine Rey, the new OCHA Head of Office, visited Amel’s center in Ain El Remaneh. This visit was the opportunity to discuss the humanitarian situation in Lebanon and Amel’s vision centered around dignity for all with Dr Kamel Mohanna, President-Founder of Amel Association International and General Coordinator of Lebanese and Arab NGOs Networks.

Ms. Severine Rey, during her time spent at the center, also had exchanges with the participants, joining education, food security and protection activities at the center. Amel teams had the occasion to brief her about the challenges and successes observed at the center.
