Recently, an awareness session on Accountability to Affected Population (AAP) mechanism was held in Selaa town, South Lebanon, facilitated by Amel team.
This session aimed to empower the local community and project participants by encouraging them to use the feedback box, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed.
The AAP mechanism is a crucial component of the emergency response project being implemented in South Lebanon, supported by the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF) @un_ocha . By promoting transparency and accountability, Amel strives to build trust and strengthen the relationship between the association and the community it serves.
This initiative is not just about handling complaints, but about fostering an environment where every community member feels valued and heard.
