Amel Association International is pleased to announce the opening of a key leadership position within its education sector: Education Program Coordinator. As Lebanon continues to navigate a complex humanitarian landscape, Amel is expanding its commitment to inclusive, quality education for all by reinforcing its team with dynamic and experienced professionals.
The Education Program Coordinator will play a strategic role in shaping, implementing, and promoting Amel’s educational interventions across Lebanon. Based in Beirut with regular field visits, the Coordinator will oversee internal and external coordination, project development, monitoring and evaluation, capacity-building, and advocacy. The role will require close collaboration with national stakeholders, education authorities, NGOs, and international agencies, ensuring Amel’s work remains impactful, well-coordinated, and community-driven.
Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, Social Sciences, or a related field, and bring 3–5 years of proven experience in educational project coordination, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Fluency in Arabic, English, and French is essential.
Amel offers a renewable one-year contract with a monthly salary of 1,800 USD, based on qualifications and experience.
