The Center was established in 2008 to provide empowerment activities for Iraqi women refugees and Lebanese under the supervision of the United Nations Refugee Agency UNHCR. As a result of the Syrian crisis, the human capacity development center of Ain El Rimmaneh expanded its projects to include livelihood training, migrant domestic workers support, educational course, awareness sessions, recycling art, handicraft production to enable women to obtain financial support and enhance their potentials. in the same vein, the center promotes the beneficiaries production of (accessories, handicrafts, etc) through the center’s show room and “MENNA” goods and coffee shop located in Amel Association International HQ building. Number of beneficiaries reached approx: 700 during 2014 -2015
