Funded by Caritas Austria and Nachbar in Not (Neighbour in Need), the project responds to the deepening mental health crisis resulting from ongoing economic, social, and political instability in the country.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"1143\">This initiative will be implemented through a network of service points, including two Primary Health Care Centres (PHCCs) located in Sour\/Tyr and Bazourieh, in addition to several Amel Association International centres distributed across South Lebanon, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon. These centres will serve as key platforms for delivering comprehensive MHPSS services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1198\">The project is structured around two core objectives:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"2132\">\n<li data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1688\">\n<p data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1688\"><strong data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1275\">Providing Specialized Mental Health Services to Affected Populations<\/strong><br data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1278\" \/>The first objective focuses on improving the mental health and psychosocial well-being of 437 individuals affected by the crisis in South Lebanon. Beneficiaries will receive specialized services, including psychotherapy, psychiatric consultations, and case management, aimed at addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions exacerbated by displacement, poverty, and instability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1690\" data-end=\"2132\">\n<p data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"2132\"><strong data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1761\">Supporting the Well-being and Resilience of Humanitarian Workers<\/strong><br data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1764\" \/>The second objective targets the mental health of 120 humanitarian workers operating in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and the South.
