On October 13, Clown Without Borders met the children of Hay el Sellom Amel’s Educational center, in Beirut, and they had a lot of fun. Hay el Sellom center was established in 1980 and and it still operates in order to provide services to vulnerable Lebanese citizens and Syrian refugees. In 2016, around 1,700 children, most of them Syrians, participated in activities organized under the Child Protection Project, which is funded by UNICEF. The center also operates in collaboration with EU – European Union, and DCA including: * child protection * psycho- social support * educational activities (after school support etc.)
